Automation settings

To access the advanced settings for the app, please follow these steps:

1. Navigate to “Settings” –> “Automation” option.

Automation settings-

• Automatically declare highest bidder as winner- Once this is option is enabled, after the auction time expired the highest bidder will be declared as the winner automatically and one winner is declared.

• Restrict the Highest Bidder Bid- Enabling this prevents the bidder from submitting another bid until the next highest bid is made.

• Next Highest Bidder Winner – If the winning bidder is not checked out, the next highest bidder will be assigned if this option is enabled.

You can specify when (in hours or days) the next winner will be declared.

• Auto Stop Auction By Winner Limit – By enabling this option, the auction will finish automatically if the maximum number of winners is reached.

You can limit the number of auction winners.

• Automatically Extend Auction Time – By enabling the option, automatically extend an auction’s end date and time if no bids are placed.

You can choose the time in hours or days.

• Create draft invoice in Bid Currency – By enabling the option, customer receives an invoice in the bid currency, irrrespective of the store’s default currency.

Don’t forget to click on Save.
